Cross-cultural differences impact the workplace, health care settings, classroom and social environments during everyday interactions as well as rites of passage.

Norine’s goal as a consultant, trainer, and educator is to demystify the behaviors of people different from ourselves and to promote respect for all cultures.

Through her presentations she helps audiences, large or small, become more aware of the diversity of cultures which can aid in improving their personal and professional interactions.
